Traditional Jewish Burial

Planning a Traditional Jewish Funeral & Burial

Planning your burial or making your loved one’s burial arrangements is a responsible, yet difficult decision. We guide families through the Jewish burial planning process every day in order to provide a meaningful and personal funeral service that carries cultural, religious and familial tradition to honor the deceased.

A burial can be customized to a loved one’s wishes or a traditional Jewish burial can be observed. When planning a burial for you or a family member, the following options can be included in your funeral arrangement package:

– Care and preparation of the deceased

– Casket selection

– Religious preparation; Taharah, Shomer, Shroud

– Obituary notice preparation

– Chapel, synagogue, or graveside service options

– Paperwork processing and filing, such as death certificates

– Limousine service

– Reception with or without catering

We seek to honor the traditions of your family by providing a deeply personal experience. Families may choose a burial location locally in Florida, out-of-state, or internationally (burial in Israel is an option).

Local Burial Arrangements

Our caring, professional staff will work with you in order to create a personalized funeral service, whether it is a modest, intimate gathering of a few loved ones or a service to bring together friends and the entire family. Local services may be conducted at a chapel, synagogue, graveside, or other locale in Broward, Palm Beach or Miami-Dade counties.

We recognize that every family carries cultural, religious and personal traditions that carry a special weight and meaning. Our accommodating personnel will work with you personally to create a funeral service package that contains personal touches that you or your family member desires. Other arrangements can be made, such as providing limousine service, obituary notices and certified copies of the death certificate.

You have an assortment of options when it comes to choosing a local Florida cemetery or crypt location for the burial. Depending on the cemetery, burial plots may be owned by religious organizations or municipalities, privately-owned, or dedicated to veterans.

Families may choose from a vast selection of cemetery and crypt locations outside of Florida, as well as choose to conduct a local service in Broward, Palm Beach or Miami-Dade County in Florida. Burial plots may be owned by religious organizations or municipalities, privately-owned, or dedicated to veterans.
